Day #21: That Buzz(zer)

And so it begins! And on a great foot, too! Today was the first Scholars' Bowl meet of the season and my team (Erica, Luke, Nate, Grace, and I) dominated. We got second out of 10 teams. It was very exciting.

Today, I learned...

1. ... about the Chain Rule in calculus. Fun stuff once you get around the ridiculous way they try to write out these rules. h(x) = f'(g(x))g(x)
2. ... about the Ideal Gas Laws in chemistry. And! Bonus points, because I got the pascal question at the SB meet.
3. ... that I have nothing to worry about with this team. I was kind of worried at the end of last year's season, but that was mostly me missing all my seniors. I have high hopes for my little SB babies!

Tomorrow is SB practice! The rest of today is sleep.
